Absolutely. I can step in at any stage:

Draft in hand? We’ll do a quick overview of Phase One (Identify) so we're both crystal clear on your unique point of view, your book's main outcome and the system you're teaching. But most of my work will be in the Phase Two (Iterate).

Just an idea? We’ll start in Phase One (Identify) to map your  framework, define your core message and outline your chapters.

How many projects do you work with at once?

To give each author full attention, I cap engagements for Phase One at two books at a time. Since a typical project runs 12–18 months, there’s a thorough vetting process to ensure it’s a great fit from day one.

How much time do you need to dedicate to the project?

Your time commitment shifts with each phase:

Phase One (Identify): About a 50/50 split: deep-dive workshops, research, brainstorming and outlining together.

Phase Two (Iterate): You lead with drafts and experiments; I provide targeted feedback and help you iterate.

Phase Three (Activate): I handle most of the heavy editing; you’ll spend a few hours reviewing, approving and making minor tweaks.

Can you ghostwrite my book for me?

No. This is your story, and you’re the expert. I do sometimes draft sample passages to demonstrate tone or structure, but the bulk of the writing comes from you. My role is to extract and organize your ideas, then polish them into a compelling, business-building narrative.

How long does this process usually take?

From kickoff to final polish, most clients finish in 8–18 months, depending on scope, revisions and author availability.

Phase One (System/Method/Framework & Outline): One-time fee of $12,000 USD. We co-create your system, define your core components and lock in your genius.

Ongoing Retainer: $2,500 USD/month. This starts once Phase One has wrapped. It covers all editing and resources until you launch.
